Qualifications:

LLB (University of Witwatersrand, 2017),
BSocSci (University of Cape Town, 2014)

Suwilanji, is a UCT (2014) and WITS (2017) postgraduate LLB alumni who has completed his Practical Legal Training (2019) and is currently serving his articles of clerkship at Motsoeneng Bill Attorneys.

Professionally, he holds industry experience having previously served as a specialist at a major Financial Services Provider where he was responsible for providing a series of clients with fiduciary services relating to their legal drafts, wills, trusts, estates, risk and wealth management.

Some of the core competencies Suwilanji possesses include analytical thinking, legal drafting, research, communication, client relationship management and solutions-based problem solving - coupled with strong interpersonal skills as well as professional leadership capabilities to ensure enhanced productivity and premier client satisfaction.

Suwilanji’s primary focus throughout his articles of clerkship is presently set on Litigation, he further intends to extend his legal expertise in areas of practice which include but are not limited to:
