Justin Minnaar is an associate in MBA’s corporate and commercial department. Justin specialises in inbound and outbound mergers and acquisitions; corporate governance advisory; due diligence investigations; corporate reorganizations; and general corporate and commercial law.
He has successfully advised both international and domestic clients on a wide range of multijurisdictional transactions. During his time at Baker McKenzie, a prominent international law firm, Justin played a pivotal role in various inbound and outbound cross-border transactions (including drafting and negotiating key agreements); conducting due diligence investigations; implementing group restructures; preparing legal opinions; advising on exchange control issues and ensuring that businesses comply with various regulatory requirements.
